Who we are

The Linebery Policy Center for Natural Resource Management is an endowed chair at New Mexico State University. Dr. John Fowler is the Distinguished Chair of the endowment and serves as final Editor of content for both the Linebery Weekly Sentinel and the Linebery Policy Center Weblog.

Roy Seawolf is the Editor of the Weblog and the Linebery Policy Center Weekly Sentinel. He holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics (MS) , a Doctor of Juris Prudence (JD) and is currently a Doctoral candidate in the newly formed Economic development doctoral program at NMSU. Roy’s background includes extensive agriculturally related experience in both cattle and horse operations; he is also a practicing certified journeyman farrier. Roy was born in New Mexico, raised and educated in New Mexico, so his passion runs deep for issues that involve rural economics in New Mexico.
